Parents choose a tutor the way they choose a doctor: on trust. Before they call, they look at your profile. If it looks random, they keep scrolling. If it looks clear, professional and speaks their language, they reach out.
Peak Performance Tutors came to Pixelco with strong teaching and a profile that didn’t show it yet. We gave the brand a consistent look on social media and set up Meta Ads that speak to Miami families in three languages.
The client
Peak Performance Tutors is a tutoring center in Coral Gables, Miami. It teaches math, reading, writing and science, prepares students for the ACT, SAT, PSAT and HSPT, and runs free Saturday activities like French club, chess and board games. Lessons are taught in English, Spanish and Russian.
The task
The center needed three things:
- A profile ready for ads. When an ad brings a parent to Instagram, the profile has to answer the main questions at a glance.
- A recognizable look. Every post should clearly come from Peak Performance Tutors, whatever the topic.
- Ads for different language audiences. Miami families who speak English, Spanish or Russian should all see the same brand in their own language.
What we did
A feed that reads as one brand
We built the visual system around the brand’s fresh green, with warm orange accents and lots of white space. Real photos of students and teachers sit next to bold headlines and simple rounded cards, so every post is easy to read on a phone. The Peak Performance logo appears on every layout.

Templates for every message
Each type of post has its own layout: a program card for math or science, a “What makes us unique” post, pricing, open house invitations and test prep. The team fills in the photo and text, and the post stays on-brand.
Program posts explain what a child will learn in a few lines: arithmetic to calculus in math, biology, chemistry and physics in science, and preparation for the ACT, SAT and PSAT.
A "Programs designed for success" card lists all subjects at once, with a "Join us" badge built from the logo. It works as a post, a story and an ad.
One system, three languages
Miami is multilingual, so the brand is too. The same layouts run in English, Spanish and Russian, with the same colors, type and structure. A parent sees a post in their language, and it still looks like the same school.

Built for ads
3D details like a golden chess piece, green arrows and a sprouting spiral for the science program make the creatives stand out in a busy feed, while the layout stays clean. These designs became the Meta Ads creatives, and the optimized profile is where the ads lead.

The result
Peak Performance Tutors now has a consistent, credible look on social media, a profile ready to turn ad clicks into calls, and Meta Ads that reach Miami families in English, Spanish and Russian. The template system lets the team publish on-brand posts without starting from scratch.

FAQ
What should a tutoring center post on social media?
Posts that answer a parent's questions: which programs you offer, what makes your teaching different, prices, results and how to book. For Peak Performance Tutors we built templates for each of these, so every post has a clear job.
Why run ads in several languages?
Miami families speak English, Spanish, Russian and more. When a parent sees an ad and a post in their own language, it feels written for them. We built the same visual system in three languages, so every audience gets the same brand.
Why do branded templates matter before you run ads?
Ads send people to your profile. If the profile looks inconsistent, the click is wasted. A clean, consistent feed makes the business look credible, so more of the people who click go on to call.
Can the templates be reused?
Yes. The system has fixed layouts for programs, pricing, events and announcements. The team swaps the photo and text, and every new post still looks on-brand.
